To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item is returned with all original tags and packaging.
The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns.
Contact Us: Email our customer support at support@africanattireonline.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send your item back.
Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely and include your order number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Return Address: You will receive the address in the return confirmation email.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as above and specify the desired replacement item in your email.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Please include photos of the faulty item to expedite the process.
